Q. Why do you charge a handling fee?
A. A $5 handling fee is charged to each order to offset fees
associated with online transactions. These fees include credit card
processing fees and packaging.

 

 Q. I want to order two umbrella ring sets, but
whenever I type in "2", the quantity goes back to "1".
How can I order more?

A. When you enter a quantity other than 1, click the
"Update" button and the new quantity will be entered.
This step will work if you change the quantity at any
time before check out.

  

Q. How can I call you?
A. The best way to reach us is via email 
sales@patiofurnituresupplies.com as we are often able
to answer emails more quickly than returning phone calls.
But you may call our voice mail at 954-989-2499. 
 

Q. I ordered slings a week ago, but my order still
says "Pending." How come?

A. When orders are placed, their status is "Pending" and
when an order ships, the status is changed to "Shipped." 
Slings with stock fabrics normally ship 10-14 days after
receipt of payment; slings with special order fabrics 
normally ship in 14-21 days. Premium umbrellas with stock
fabric covers normally ship in approximately 21 days and 30 days
during the summer; those with special order fabrics may take a 
week longer. Pre-cut straps may take up to 7 days.

 

Q. I live in Canada. Do you ship here?
A. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to international
addresses. 
 

 

Q. I live near your store and want to stop in. What are your hours?
A. Patio Furniture Supplies is not a conventional store but an online
retailer. We are not set up to receive customers. All transactions are 
handled online, by email or over the phone. All orders are shipped.

 

Q. Will I get spam email if I register to Patio Furniture Supplies?
A. Patio Furniture Supplies values your business and
will never sell your personal information. Our best
interest is served by providing you with parts,
supplies and information so that you can enjoy your
patio furniture.

 

Q. The vinyl tires I ordered are too small to fit the
rim. Did I measure wrong?

A. No, the tire needs to fit snugly. Installing a
tire can be easier by first placing it in hot (not
boiling) water for a few minutes. The heat will make
the tire more pliable and easier to stretch onto the
rim.

 

Q. How can I get the swivel chair seat bushing on
without breaking it?

A. Bushings are more pliable when heated. Place
a bushing in hot (not boiling) water for a few minutes.
The bushing can be tapped into place more easily.
  

 

Q. The Round Insert Cap Glide 1 1/2" (30-614) is too large.
What part do I need?

A. You most likely have the right part. That cap glide is 
meant to fit tight so it won't come out. Use a hammer to
get the glide in the chair foot. The ridges on the outside
of the glide will be shaved off. And with a couple of 
whacks, they'll be secure and centered. 

 

Q. How thick is the vinyl strap? Is it good quality?
A. The vinyl strap is .112"-.115" thick. Our strap has
no filler and is 100% virgin vinyl.

 

Q. I'm not confident in measuring for replacement
slings. Where can I send my slings for you to make new
ones?

A. Mail them to Patio Furniture Supplies, 2130 Anntom Drive,
Dania Beach, FL 33312, Attn: Patterns.

 

Q. Where can I see the patterns and colors of your
sling material?

A. Click on "Colors & Fabrics" at the top of the page and then
click on "Stock Fabrics" or "Special Order Fabrics". The
price is the same for either kind of fabric used for a sling,
but special order fabrics are ordered from the manufacturer 
an
d it adds about another week to our turnaround time.

  

Q. Can I get samples of the sling material?
A. Yes, samples are available by clicking on "Samples"
on the left side of the page under "Categories". You
may request samples of not only replacement sling
fabrics, but also vinyl strap colors and caps.

 

 Q. I have Tropitone chairs and chaise lounges, but I
don't see my product line listed on your website. Can
I get replacement slings from you?

A. Yes, Patio Furniture Supplies has patterns for
nearly all Tropitone, Brown Jordan, Woodard, LLoyd
Flanders, Carter Grandle and Winston replacement slings.
