To change or cancel an order, you must do so via e-mail within 48 hours of placing your order. Any order that has been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled; any order that has been shipped falls under our Return and Exchange policy and is subject to restocking fees. Shipping charges and handling fees are not refundable. There are no refunds, only store credit unless otherwise authorized by Patio Furniture Supplies. Slings, Winston Factory Slings, and pre-cut straps are custom-made and are not returnable or refundable.
