Shipping Times, Carriers & Rates
Most  products are available to ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Custom-made orders like slings, premium umbrellas, pre-cut straps, cushions and tires will ship when completed; slings, premium umbrellas, pre-cut straps cushions and tires are not stocked, but are made specifically for each order. Times indicated on the Shipping Estimate and Shipping Method pages are the carriers’ estimated time of delivery after shipment. An email will be sent to you when your order ships. Patio Furniture Supplies’ stock fabric slings normally ship 10-14 calendar days after receipt of payment, while Patio Furniture Supplies’ slings made of special order fabrics normally ship 10-18 calendar days after receipt of payment. Winston Factory Slings and Winston Factory Cushions are subject to Winston’s shipping times and policies, and normally ship from Patio Furniture Supplies 4-6 weeks after receipt of payment for the order (5-6 weeks in the summer.) Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for any delays due to Winston’s shipping dates. Premium umbrellas with stock fabric covers normally ship in approximately 21 days and 30 days in the summer; those with special order fabrics may take a week longer. Pre-cut straps and tires ship in approximately a week. Patio Furniture Supplies is a manufacturing and distribution center and is not open to receive visitors. All orders are shipped via FedEx or US Postal Service (USPS) to US addresses. Shipping to international and APO addresses is not available. Rates are determined by the carrier. A $5 handling fee is charged to each order and is included on the shipping rate shown.
Returns & Replacements
Patio Furniture Supplies slings, premium umbrellas, Winston Factory Slings, Winston Factory Cushions and pre-cut straps are custom-made and are not returnable or refundable. All returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping the package with a tracking number is recommended. Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return. All returned and exchanged products must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued to you by Patio Furniture Supplies. Should you need to return or exchange an item, click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. All returns must be received within 15 days of customer’s receipt of the order. All shipping costs must be paid by the customer. When Patio Furniture Supplies receives merchandise acceptable for exchange, we will email you a coupon code for the price of the returned, unused items less a 20% restocking fee to use when ordering replacements. Items that can be accepted for return will be refunded for the price of the items less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges and handling fees are not refundable. 
Vinyl Strap & Pre-cut Straps
Pre-cut straps are made to order. Because they cannot be added to stock and sold, they are not returnable or refundable unless an error was made by Patio Furniture Supplies. If the pre-cut straps are not consistent with the length, width or color you ordered, click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the pre-cut straps will be replaced. An RA# is required for all returns. See Returns & Replacements and Order Change or Cancellation for more information. Please review our How To Measure Vinyl Strap and How To Install Vinyl Strap instructions, and be certain of your measurements, style of furniture and color choice before placing your order. Because computer monitors are notoriously inaccurate for color, Patio Furniture Supplies recommends you order samples before ordering vinyl strap. You may choose up to six samples. Swatches are to show color only. The swatches are free; you pay only $5 for the shipping. Your samples will be shipped within 5 days after receipt of payment.
Patio Furniture Supplies Slings, Premium Umbrellas & Winston Factory Slings and Cushions
Patio Furniture Supplies slings, premium umbrellas, Winston Factory Slings and Winston Factory Cushions are custom-made to your order. They cannot be added to stock and sold so they are not returnable or refundable. If Patio Furniture Supplies made an error, we will correct it at no charge. Slings are not returnable or refundable, but if you made an error in measuring, we will do our best to alter the slings to fit; fees may apply. Should your slings not fit or should you have difficulty installing them, please refer to the Installing Slings Q&A insert sheet included with your sling order and our How To Install instructions. Fabric & Vinyl Color Samples
Every computer monitor displays color differently, which makes it unreliable for accurate selection of fabric and vinyl straps. Patio Furniture Supplies makes samples available to help customers make the most informed selection. For most accurate color match, please order fabric or vinyl strap samples before placing an order for slings or vinyl strap. You may choose up to six. Click on Sample Fabrics under the Slings & Umbrellas category or Sample Vinyl Strap under the Vinyl Strap & Rivets category. The swatches are free; you pay only $5 for the shipping. Your samples will be shipped within 5 days after receipt of payment.
Order Change or Cancellaton
To change or cancel an order, you must do so via email within 48 hours of placing your order. Any order that has been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled; any order that has been shipped is subject to our Returns & Replacements policy and is subject to restocking fees. Shipping charges and processing fees are not refundable. There are no refunds, only store credit unless otherwise authorized by Patio Furniture Supplies. Patio Furniture Supplies slings, premium umbrellas, Winston Factory Slings, Winston Factory Cushions, and pre-cut straps are custom-made and are not returnable or refundable.
Payment Options
Patio Furniture Supplies accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa along with PayPal, personal checks and money orders. Orders are charged to the credit or debit card or PayPal account when the order is placed. Orders paid with check or money order are processed upon receipt of payment.
