Production Times
Most products are available to ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Custom-made orders like slings, premium umbrellas, pre-cut vinyl straps, cushions and tires are not stocked, but are made specifically for each order and will ship when completed as described below.
•Patio Furniture Supplies’ Slings normally ship 7-10 calendar days after receipt of payment from the customer. 
•Winston Factory Slings and Winston Factory Cushions are subject to Winston’s shipping times and policies and normally ship from Patio Furniture Supplies 4-6 weeks after receipt of payment from the customer (5-6 weeks in spring/summer.) Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for any inconveniences due to delays in Winston’s shipping dates.
•Premium Umbrellas with covers made in Grade A+ Exclusive, Grade A Select, Grade B Premier or Grade C Sunbrella® fabrics normally ship in approximately 21 days after receipt of payment from the customer. 
•Pre-cut Vinyl Straps normally ship about a week after receipt of payment from the customer, but during spring/summer can take one to two weeks in Production.
•Place Mats normally ship 7-10 calendar days after receipt of payment from the customer. 
•Tires ship in approximately a week after receipt of payment from the customer. 
Transit Times, Carriers & Rates
Times indicated under Estimate Shipping & Tax on the cart page are the carriers’ estimated time of delivery after shipment; estimated time of delivery counts only the days the carrier delivers and does not include holidays or the day the package is shipped.

•United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail transit times are determined by USPS. 
•USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service may take longer than 2-3 days in some instances. 
•USPS Priority Mail International 6-10 day service may take longer in some instances. 
•USPS First-Class Package International 7-21 day service may take longer in some instances. 
•FedEx Home delivers to homes Tuesday-Saturday and FedEx Ground delivers to businesses Monday-Friday. FedEx Overnight service is not available.
Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for delays after the order is delivered to the carrier. When an order is shipped, an automated email with tracking number will be sent to the email address entered on the order.
Providing the correct shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for shipped packages if the shipping address entered on the order by the customer is incorrect. The package will be sent to the shipping address entered on the order. If the package is returned to Patio Furniture Supplies for incorrect address, the customer will be contacted for a new address and the package reshipped at customer's expense. 
Patio Furniture Supplies is a manufacturing and distribution center and is not open to receive visitors; all orders are shipped via FedEx or US Postal Service (USPS). Rates are determined by the carrier. A $2.99 processing fee is charged to each order and is included on the shipping rate shown. Payment of duties, taxes and clearance/brokerage fees on international orders is the responsibility of the customer. Liquids, cleaners and spray paints are not available for international shipping or via USPS. 
Returns & Replacements
Patio Furniture Supplies' slings, fabric by the yardpremium umbrellas, pre-cut straps, Winston Factory Slings and fabrics, and Winston Factory Cushions are custom-made and are not returnable or refundable. Vinyl lace and sling spline are not returnable or refundable. Vinyl strap rolls with any portion cut by the customer are not returnable or refundable. Used or damaged items are not returnable or refundable. 
All returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping the package with a tracking number is recommended. Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return. All returned and exchanged products must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued to you by Patio Furniture Supplies. Should you need to return or exchange an item, click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. All exchanges and returns must be received within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the order. All shipping costs must be paid by the customer. When Patio Furniture Supplies receives merchandise acceptable for exchange in new, unused and unaltered condition, we will email you a coupon code for the price of the returned, unused items less a 10% restocking fee to use when ordering replacements. Coupon codes must be redeemed within 30 days after date of issue. Items that can be accepted for return will be refunded for the price of the items less a 10% restocking fee; restocking fee applies to all products including heavy items like vinyl strap; restocking fee is not applied to the rental tool. Shipping charges and processing fees are not refundable. The deposit on the Dual Stretcher Bar Tool will be refunded when tool is returned complete and undamaged within 30 days from customer's receipt of the tool. If you need more time, please email sales@patiofurnituresupplies.com to request an extension.  
Vinyl Strap, Vinyl Lace & Pre-cut Straps
Pre-cut straps are custom-cut to customer's order and cannot be added to stock and sold so they are not returnable or refundable. Vinyl lace is not returnable or refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to order the correct width and length, color and quantity. Please review our How To Measure Vinyl Strap and How To Install Vinyl Strap instructions, and be certain of your measurements, style of furniture (for installation method) and color choice before placing your order. Rivets or clips are not included with straps unless ordered by the customer. Because computer monitors are notoriously inaccurate for color, Patio Furniture Supplies recommends you order samples before ordering vinyl strap, vinyl lace or pre-cut straps. Order up to six swatches.
If the pre-cut straps are not consistent with the width, length, color or quantity you ordered, Patio Furniture Supplies must be contacted within 10 days of customer's receipt of merchandise; click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the pre-cut straps will be replaced. An RA# is required for all returns. See Returns & Replacements and Order Change or Cancellation for more information. 
Patio Furniture Supplies Slings & Premium Umbrellas
Patio Furniture Supplies slings and premium umbrellas are custom-made to customer's order and are not returnable or refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to order the correct size, style, color, fabric and quantity. When ordering by model and a measurement is listed beside the model in the drop down menu, Patio Furniture Supplies ships the sling with that measurement. Please review our How To Measure Slings and How To Install Slings instructions and be certain of your measurements, style of furniture (for size and installation) and fabric choice before placing your order. 
Patio Furniture Supplies makes what is called a “tight sling.” The width of the new sling will be the same as the distance between the grooves of the sling rails. 
Our pockets are on the sides, and the sides (not top and bottom) of the slings are installed into the sling rails. 
We recommend customers ordering by model based on info from a sales receipt send a side-view photo of each piece of furniture and we'll confirm the model; note that receipts are sometimes wrong and Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible if a customer orders the wrong model. Should a length or width be noted next to the model number in the sling models drop down menu, confirm that your furniture matches that measurement -- remember, receipts can be wrong. Because computer monitors are notoriously inaccurate for color, Patio Furniture Supplies recommends you order fabric samples before ordering slings or premium umbrellas; samples of Winston Factory fabrics are not available. Order up to six swatches.
Slings are not returnable or refundable, but if you made an error in measuring, we will do our best to alter the slings to fit; fees may apply. Should your slings seem not to fit or should you have difficulty installing them, please refer to the Installing Slings Q&A insert sheet included with your sling order and our online How To Install instructions. If you still need help, please click Contact Us at the bottom of the page and ask for suggestions; please reference your order number in the email. 
If Patio Furniture Supplies made an error, we will correct it at no charge. If the items are not the size, style, color, fabric or quantity that was ordered, Patio Furniture Supplies must be contacted within 10 days of customer's receipt of merchandise; click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page and email us. 
Winston Factory Slings & Cushions
Winston Factory Slings and Cushions are subject to Winston’s shipping times and policies, and normally ship from Patio Furniture Supplies 4-6 weeks after receipt of payment for the order (5-6 weeks in spring/summer.) Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for any inconveniences due to delays in Winston’s shipping dates. Once an order for Winston Factory Slings or Winston Factory Cushions is placed, the order cannot be changed/cancelled and the slings or cushions are not returnable/refundable -- no exceptions.
Volume Discounts
No minimum quantity is required. Volume discounts posted on the product page are applied to items (and the base price of slings) ordered in the same sku, color and size and on the same order. For example, volume discounts are applied to the base price of slings that are ordered in the same size and fabric on the same order; discounts are not applied to charge for fabric upgrade. Volume discounts are applied to pre-cut straps ordered in the same size, length and color on the same order. All products are sold individually. Certain multi-piece items such as the Brown Jordan Three-Part Glide, Table Umbrella Hole Ring Set, Swivel Chair Base Kit - Unpainted, Swivel Rocker Mechanism, Swivel Rocker Base - Winston, and Swivel Mechanism - Winston are sold as one unit. 
Fabric & Vinyl Color Samples
Every computer monitor displays color differently, which makes it unreliable for satisfactory selection of fabric and vinyl straps. Patio Furniture Supplies makes samples available to help customers make the most informed selection. For most accurate color, please order fabric or vinyl strap samples before placing an order for slings or vinyl strap, vinyl lace or pre-cut straps. Order up to six swatches.
Order Change or Cancellation
Due to the frequency of requests for additions and deletions, we can no longer add or delete items or quantities to any order. It is the customer's responsibility to order the correct item, size, style, color, fabric, finish and quantity. Please review your cart before checking out and again before clicking Place Order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot add to, delete or change items. 
To cancel any order other than Winston Factory Slings or Cushions, Patio Furniture Supplies slings or pre-cut straps, you must do so via email within 48 hours of placing your order.
Any order that has been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled; any order that has been shipped is subject to our Returns & Replacements policy and is subject to restocking fees. Shipping charges and processing fees are not refundable. There are no refunds, only store credit unless otherwise authorized by Patio Furniture Supplies.
Once an order for Winston Factory Slings or Winston Factory Cushions is placed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled -- no exceptions. 
Changes or cancellation cannot be made after Patio Furniture Supplies slings or pre-cut straps have been cut. Patio Furniture Supplies slings, premium umbrellas, pre-cut straps, and Winston Factory Slings and Cushions are custom-made and are not returnable or refundable. 
Payment Options
Patio Furniture Supplies accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa along with PayPal, PayPal Credit, personal checks and money orders. Orders are charged to the credit or debit card or PayPal account when the order is placed. Orders paid with check or money order are processed upon receipt of payment. Payment for special orders and international orders over $700 and orders shipping to a freight forwarder is accepted by wire transfer; select Check/Money Order as method of payment and email sales@patiofurnituresupplies.com for transfer information. Payment of duties and taxes on international orders is the responsibility of the customer. 
Orders from Other Websites/Drop Shipments
Policies apply to purchases made on patiofurnituresupplies.com. If you have a concern about a purchase made on any other website such as amazon.com, ebay.com, etc., contact the website where the purchase was made.

Updating Account Information & Viewing Orders
Creating an account before placing your order is not necessary but will enable certain features; accounts must have been created before the order was submitted. When logged in to your account with your email address and password, you'll be able to change your billing and shipping addresses, change your password and view previous orders placed if the account was created after 10/07/2011. If the order was placed before that date, click Contact Us at the bottom of the page with your request.
