Production Times

Production times are based upon the date Patio Furniture Supplies receives payment. If all items are in stock and not custom-made, the order should be collected by the shipping carrier in 1-3 business days.
Estimated production time for custom-made items:
  •Patio Furniture Supplies slings: 7-10 calendar days, but during spring/summer can be longer. 
  •Winston Factory slings and cushions are subject to Winston’s shipping times and policies. Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for any inconveniences due to delays in Winston’s shipping dates. While the Coronavirus impacts the Winston factory, production times are 16-20 weeks.
  •Umbrellas with custom-made canopies: approximately 21 days. 
  •Pre-cut vinyl straps: typically 1-2 weeks, but during spring/summer can be longer.
  •Place mats: 7-10 calendar days.
  •Tires: approximately a week. 

Transit Times & Rates

Please check the estimated transit times and dates with the carriers; orders ship from Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Estimated transit time counts only the days the carrier delivers and does not include holidays or the day the package is shipped. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for delays after the order is collected by the carrier. When an order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address entered with the order.
Providing the correct and complete shipping address on the order is the customer’s responsibility. If a package is returned to Patio Furniture Supplies for incorrect or incomplete address (ie unit number) or undeliverable for any reason, the package will be reshipped at customer’s expense. Patio Furniture Supplies is an online business only. We do not have a store for customers to visit.
All orders are processed online and shipped, rates are determined by the carrier. A $2.00 processing fee is charged to each order and is included on the shipping rate shown. Payment of duties, taxes and other fees on international orders is the customer’s responsibility. Liquids, cleaners and spray paints may not be shipped via USPS and can be shipped via FedEx Ground only within the continental US.

Before Ordering Slings or Vinyl

Read the instructions under the How To category and be certain of your measurements, style of furniture (for installation) and choice of fabric, vinyl strap, pre-cut straps or vinyl lace before ordering.
Fabric or vinyl samples
Patio Furniture Supplies recommends you order fabric samples or vinyl samples before ordering slings, umbrellas with custom-made canopies, place mats, fabric by the yard, pre-cut vinyl straps, rolls of vinyl strap or vinyl lace; samples of Winston Factory fabrics are not available. Order up to six swatches.
Slings
Patio Furniture Supplies makes what is called a “tight sling”, and if laid over the old, still-installed sling, the new sling will only cover the exposed part of the old sling. The new sling will reach only from groove to groove, and you will stretch it into the sling rails. Our pockets are on the sides, and the sides of the slings are installed into the sling rails. Do not order if your slings attach at top and bottom or are screwed/riveted to the frame.
Send photos before ordering slings by model or by measurement. We urge customers ordering by model based on info from a sales receipt to email a side-view photo of each piece of furniture, and we’ll confirm the model. Receipts are sometimes wrong, and Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible if a customer orders the wrong model. Should a length or width be noted next to the model number in the sling models drop down menu, confirm that your furniture matches that measurement.
If ordering by measurement, email photos of the front, back and side of each piece, and we’ll confirm it’s a style of sling we make.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed. Be certain your order is correct as it cannot be changed once it is in Processing.
Orders with the following items cannot be cancelled:
  •Winston Factory slings or cushions cannot be cancelled after the order has been submitted to Winston.
  •Patio Furniture Supplies slings, place mats or umbrellas with custom-made canopies cannot be cancelled after the fabric has been cut.
  •Pre-cut straps cannot be cancelled after the order has been submitted to Production.

Returns

It is the customer’s responsibility to order the correct item, style, width, length, fabric, color and quantity. All returns including shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and all items that are eligible for return (except rental tool) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The following items are not returnable or refundable:
  •Patio Furniture Supplies slings
  •Winston factory slings
  •Winston factory cushions
  •Umbrellas with custom-made canopies
  •Place mats
  •Fabric by the yard
  •Used, scratched, damaged or altered merchandise
  •Pre-cut vinyl straps
  •Vinyl lace
  •Vinyl strap rolls with any portion cut by the customer
  •Sling spline
  •Slings
  •Specials items
  •Spray paint
  •Dealers Sample Set of fabric samples or vinyl strap samples
  •All items must be issued a Return Authorization number (RA#). Click Contact Us to request an RA#.
  •All returns must be received within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the order. Patio Furniture Supplies does not pay for return of any items. Patio Furniture Supplies is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return, and obtaining a tracking number is recommended.
  •When Patio Furniture Supplies does receive items that are acceptable for return, (must be in new condition, complete, not used, scratched, damaged or altered), we will email you a coupon code to use when ordering replacements, or we’ll refund your payment method. Amount of the coupon code or refund will be the price of the items accepted for return less a 10% restocking fee. Coupon codes must be redeemed within 30 days after date of issue. Patio Furniture Supplies does not refund or provide credit for the costs of shipping.

Dual Stretcher Bar Tool
Deposits on the Dual Stretcher Bar Tool tool will be refunded when the tool is returned complete and undamaged within 30 days from customer’s receipt of the tool. If you need more time, please click Contact Us to request an extension.

Specials Items
Items listed on the Specials page are sold as is may not be returned.

Orders from Other Websites/Dealers/Drop Shipments

Policies apply to purchases made directly on patiofurnituresupplies.com. If you have a concern about a purchase made on any other website such as amazon.com, ebay.com, etc., contact the website or company where the purchase was made. Third party sellers assume responsibility for the purchase and service to their customers.

If You Made a Mistake in Measuring Slings

If you made an error in measuring, we will do our best to alter the slings to fit; fees may apply. But first, if your slings seem not to fit or if you have difficulty installing them, please:
  •Go to the sling page where you selected your model and fabric and read the detailed PDFs under the How To Install Slings file folder tab.
  •Refer to the Installing Slings Q&A page included with your slings.
  •Refer to our online How To Install instructions. If you still need help, click Contact Us and reference your order number. 

If Patio Furniture Supplies Made a Mistake

If Patio Furniture Supplies has made an error, we will correct it at no charge. If the items are not the sku, size, style, color, fabric or quantity that was ordered, Patio Furniture Supplies must be contacted within 10 days of delivery of the order; click Contact Us and reference your order number.

Volume Discounts

No minimum quantity is required; you can order just one of any item. The volume discounts shown are applied to items (and the base price of slings) ordered in the same sku, color, width, length and on the same order. For example, volume discounts are applied to the base price of slings that are ordered in the same size and fabric on the same order; discounts are not applied to charge for fabric upgrade. All products are sold individually, but certain multi-piece items such as the Brown Jordan Three-Part Glide, Two Part Pop Rivet Glide, Table Umbrella Hole Ring Set, Umbrella Grommet Set, Swivel Chair Base Kit - Unpainted, Swivel Rocker Mechanism and Swivel Mechanism - Winston are sold as one unit. Volume discounts are as shown on the product page; they may not apply to all skus.

Payment Options and International Orders

Patio Furniture Supplies accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa along with PayPal, PayPal Credit, personal checks and money orders. Orders are charged to the credit card, debit card, or PayPal or Amazon Pay account when the order is placed. Orders paid with check or money order are processed after payment is received. Payment for special orders and international orders over $700 and orders shipping to a freight forwarder is accepted by wire transfer; select Check/Money Order as method of payment and click Contact Us for transfer information. Payment of duties and taxes on international orders is the customer’s responsibility. All bank charges are the customer’s responsibility.
