Slings and pre-cut straps are custom-made and are not returnable or refundable unless an error was made by Patio Furniture Supplies. Once an order is placed for Winston Factory Slings, the slings are not returnable or refundable -- no exceptions. Be certain that your measurements are correct. If the slings or pre-cut straps you receive are not consistent with the measurements you provided in your order, or you received the incorrect color fabric or width of strap, only then will you be issued a Return Authorization Number for your products to be replaced.
