The long shank rivet is used with the single-wrap method of strapping on frames with holes that were punched rather than drilled. (Punched holes will appear concaved.) With the single-wrap method, the heads of the rivets will be visible. The long shank rivet fits a 1/4” hole. Length of shaft is 11/16".
