Looks good as newChaise chair much easier to do than regular chairs. Instructions were helpful but be sure you have the proper tools. They supplied more than enough plastic cable to leave several inches of cable sticking out each end of the threaded material during install. Sling bottom was about a quarter inch too long but no big deal as I pushed material back into the rail using needle nose pliers.

They look great!!The slings we ordered for our chaises are fantastic! Customer service was very prompt in helping me with ordering the correct slings for our old, but very sturdy pool chaises. They color was very vibrant and true to how it appeared online. It is also soft and not rough to the touch! The installation was a bit involved, but the end result was perfection. I have no doubt that we will have our "new" chaises for many years to come!!

Great productCustomer assistance was very helpful in making sure the correct sling replacement was ordered. Arrived well packaged and without defects. Installation was not easy, but the directions did help. The chaise looks like new!

Old chaise good as new!The chaise is very old, bought in the NE 20 years ago. Customer service was able to identify it and recommend the correct slings. Arrival was very efficient and, as another post suggests, following directions is key. I love the "new" chaise with its pretty sling in the Elizabeth fabric. I also ordered a yard of the same fabric ( I would have preferred a half yard) to make a pillow which adds to the comfort! Lots of fabric left over (as well as the rodding for the sling - a very generous amount is provided) which I'll find a use for. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase!
