    Not easy, but the results look great!

    We had a very difficult time getting the chairs back together and the fabric stretched, to the point that I questioned my measurements or the actual model. The fabric is very nice and my set looks great now. Beware that if you need to cut a bolt on the chair (ours stripped out several trying to reinstall) that a bolt cutter will produce heat which will melt the fabric. Luckily, I had a sample and put a patch. We used a car jack to stretch things when installing the rods. The entire process was frustrating and difficult, but the end result looks great.

    I'm always nervous about these kinds of projects. But the process went quite well. Sent a picture of the chair to Patio Furniture Supplies and was advised which model to order. Selected fabric samples and selected my pattern. Ordering was easy. Received within a couple of weeks. I had watched the Y Tube videos so had a fair idea of the process. Turned out to not be as difficult as I feared. Hubby is clever so he came up with a means to spread the rails. First chair took a couple of hours but remainder went pretty quickly. Love my restored chairs. My set is 20 years old and looks as good as new. My furniture is in such good condition that I couldn't bear the thought of trashing it. So glad I found you on the web.
