    My sling chairs are better than new

    I ordered 6 new slings measured according to your instruction. They were actually a bit short after installing them, another 1/2 inch of length would have been better but,I'm still very pleased and happy with the final result. Was a bit of work but well worth the time and cost.

    I have to admit that the items I received were a great quality product, well made and very pleasing to the eye. However, I ordered according to the measurement instructions and the sizes were exact to my measurements, but they didn't fit and now I'm stuck with over $100. worth of product I can't use. My chairs have solid, welded, cross beams for the back and bottom frame so I can't remove them to fit the slings into the rails. My first measurement was for a 19 1/4" wide sling...too short. So I ordered 19 1/2" wide...nope! If I were able to remove the cross beam, I could probably get it in. My next order would have to be a 19 3/4" wide, but I'm afraid it won't be tight when finished. It would be just as expensive for me to buy 4 new chairs than to go another round. Again, this company has great product and it's made well, it just doesn't work for me. Maybe the next set of chairs I purchase will be easier to refit. Now, to figure out what to do with the slings I can't use.
