This black vinyl tire fits a grooved rim. Overall width of tire is approximately 3/4", and height when installed is approximately 1/2". US standard size, not metric. Vinyl tires don't scuff surfaces. The tire is stretched onto the rim for a snug fit. Place tire in near-boiling water (about 200 degrees) for about three minutes. The heat will make the tire more pliable and easier to stretch onto the rim.
