Aluminum Swivel Rocker Mechanism Kit – Includes Spring Plates, Straps & Bushing
This aluminum swivel rocker mechanism kit is designed to restore safe and smooth motion to your outdoor swivel rocker chair. It features a 1" diameter post (4 3/8" long) and an 8 1/4" long mounting surface. This is a U.S. standard-size mechanism, not compatible with metric or imported furniture.
Kit Includes:
- 1 aluminum swivel rocker mechanism
- 2 fiberglass rocker spring plates (2 1/2" × 5"), pre-drilled
- 4 metal straps (2 1/2" × 1") to reinforce the spring plates
- 1 post bushing for bases with 1 5/8" round hole
Spring Plate Hole Pattern:
The included spring plates feature a commonly used (but not universal) U.S. standard hole pattern with 5/16" diameter holes that are 1/2" from the ends and 1 1/2" apart on each end. Please compare the pattern with your existing plates before ordering. Plates can be spray painted to match your furniture.
All components ship unassembled. Metal straps are designed to support the pre-drilled ends of the spring plates for added durability.
