This pre-drilled fiberglass rocker spring plate measures 2 1/2" wide x 5.12" long x .266" thick. Center of holes is 1" apart, 3/4" inch from sides and 1/2" from ends; 3/8" holes. This is a very common, but not universal, hole pattern. Compare this hole pattern with your existing plates before ordering. Sold individually, not as a pair. See Description and tabs below.

This pre-drilled fiberglass rocker spring plate measures 2 1/2" wide x 5.12" long x .266" thick (compared with the standard .250" thick). Center of holes is 1" apart, 3/4" inch from sides and 1/2" from ends; 3/8" holes. This is a very common, but not universal, hole pattern. Compare this hole pattern with your existing plates before ordering. These plates can be spray painted or powder coated. Click on additional part views to help confirm if this is the item you need.

FIXES: When a swivel rocker rocks too far and risks tipping over backward, it needs a new rocker spring plate or a pair of them. Plates wear with normal use and eventually need replacement; this is common. Replacing them is an easy fix to maintain your furniture.
ADDITIONAL: The PFS-DR25HD has a wider hole pattern. The PFS-25HD is undrilled so that you can use your old plate as a pattern to drill the holes.

Carefully measure the position of the holes on your old rocker spring plate and compare with the Rocker Spring Plate - 2 1/2 x 5.12" Pre-Drilled before ordering. This heavy duty plate is 2 1/2" wide x 5.12" long x .266" thick. 3/8" holes are centered 3/4" inch from the side edges. Holes at either end are 1" apart. Before replacing the rocker spring plate, closely examine the assembly of the rocker spring plate, reinforcing metal strap, nuts and bolts. The head of the bolt and the nut should never be installed directly against the rocker spring plate. (Bolts, nuts and reinforcing metal straps not included; re-use those from your swivel rocker.)The thickness of the plates can be doubled, but the rocking action will be more stiff.
