Cast aluminum base has a 24" outside diameter; overall height when assembled is 10"; hole has a 1 5/8" diameter and is 4 1/2" deep. US standard size, not metric. Base is pre-buffed and ready for metal primer and paint. Each kit includes: one swivel base, bushing and swivel mechanism, four metal straps and eight stem bumpers (white or black), two 2 1/2" x 5" rocker spring plates. Assembly required.

Plates are pre-drilled and have a US standard size hole pattern. Center of holes is 1/2" inch from edges and 1 1/2" apart at either end; 5/16" holes. This is a very common, but not universal, hole pattern. Compare this hole pattern with your existing plates before ordering; they may not fit your furniture. These plates can be spray painted. Metal straps fit the pre-drilled ends of the plates.
This base does not fit metric sizes or imported furniture like Hampton Bay and others purchased at big box stores. One swivel base, one bushing, one swivel mechanism, four metal straps, eight stem bumpers and two optional pre-drilled rocker spring plates are sold as one kit.
