Refresh your adjustable chair with a custom 2-piece replacement sling from Patio Furniture Supplies. Designed for patio chairs with separate seat and back panels, this sling is tailored to fit your specific frame and includes spline for installation.

Choose from our Exclusive fabric line at base price, or upgrade to Select, Premier, or Sunbrella® fabrics for added durability and color options.

  • Visit our Swatchbook to explore fabric options and order samples before finalizing your selection.

Important Fit & Compatibility Notes

  • Use our measuring guide. Do not measure old or stretched slings.
  • Do not order if your slings attach at both top and bottom.
  • Do not order if bolts, screws, or rivets pierce the sling fabric.
  • Do not order if sling rails have grooves on their backs or sides.
  • Not compatible with body-glove sling designs that slip over the frame.

Visit our Help Page for instructions and tips. If your sling is a tight fit, we recommend using the Dual Stretcher Bar Tool (PFS-TOOL). Standard hand spreaders are not strong enough.
