Custom Replacement Sling for Tropitone Barstool

Restore your Tropitone barstool with a custom sling made from original Tropitone patterns by Patio Furniture Supplies. Each sling is precision-made to fit your model, including the popular Portico barstool.

If you have the Portico model, please measure your sling rail and order based on the length shown beside the model name in the dropdown menu. Receipts are not always reliable. If in doubt, upload a side-view photo and we’ll confirm the correct model for you.

Choose from Grade A+ Exclusive fabrics at the listed price or upgrade to:

Includes: Sling rods (spline).
Does not include: Sling rails.

This is a custom product; please refer to our Production Times under Policies.
Volume discounts apply to the base price of the same item (sku, fabric, model, and size) on a single order. Fabric upcharges are not discounted.

About Our Slings:
Each sling is sewn with a double-fold, clean-edge pocket using heavy-duty thread made for outdoor use—ensuring durability and strength. Proudly made in the USA.

Understanding Fabric Grades:
A fabric’s grade is based on production cost, not quality. All fabrics are high quality and made in the USA for sling furniture and umbrellas. Our Grade A+ Exclusive and Grade C - Sunbrella fabrics offer the highest durability. Other grades include options of varying suppleness and drainage.

For best results, order fabric samples and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions provided on each fabric’s product page.

You Can Do It:
Check our installation guide with photos for step-by-step help. Use the Dual Stretcher Bar Tool (PFS-TOOL) for easier installs—especially with wicker-look fabrics. You may also need a 3/16 Allen Key for a Drill (PFS-053).
